At Gallery by Flo, we want you to glow with confidence in every purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email support@gallerybyflo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
